"Buying
and selling real estate can be the best experience or the worst experience.
We had the great good fortune to choose Patrick Wichert of ReMax Commitment
as our agent, and our real estate experience was the best. Patrick devoted
his time to showing us a great number of properties all at our convenience.
He provided his expertise as we put our home on the market, and capably
steered us through the sometimes choppy waters of buying and selling.
Available
almost every minute of the day, our telephone calls were always returned
promptly and courteously. When the going got tough, he discussed options
with us, planned the response, and got results, and we had fun along the
way! Patrick is truly trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, and the kind
of professional you want on your side when making one of the most important
decisions of your life. We never had a moments regret; he is our
real estate counselor for life."

Buying Tip: When picking a mortgage, you usually have
the option of paying additional points -- a portion of the
interest that you pay at closing -- in exchange for a lower
interest rate. If you stay in the house for a long time --
say three to five years or more -- it's usually a better deal
to take the points. The lower interest rate will save you
more in the long run.
